Make room to learn.
The Baccare Learning Enrichment Program gives every Kโ8 child practice shaped to how they learn, designed with neurodivergent learners in mind. A parent describes what helps in an optional Learner Profile, and every lesson, question and hint follows it. Teachers, specialists and tutors send the right practice home and see what happened before they meet again.
Psst, tap Bacc
One question, shaped for the child in front of it
Tick what a parent might share in the Learner Profile, alone or together, and watch this 3rd-grade math question change: its wording, its pictures, its pace and its feedback. With nothing ticked you see what a one-size app shows every child.
Practices TEKS Math 3.4K (19 TAC 111.5(b)(4)(K)): solve one-step and two-step problems involving multiplication and division within 100. Parents see the standard; children never see the code.
Describe what helps. Every question follows.
A parent ticks only what sounds like their child, in plain words. There is nothing to prove and no diagnosis to name. Baccare changes how the work is explained and paced, never what the child is allowed to reach.
| What a parent can share | What changes in every activity |
|---|---|
| Reading takes extra effort | Short sentences, read-aloud offered, spelling never counted against the idea. |
| Focus comes and goes | One step at a time, short turns, quick check-ins, no clock. |
| Numbers and math facts take longer | Concrete models and number lines first, extra time on facts, no timers. |
| Getting it down on paper is hard | Thinking counts even when writing is hard; answers may be spoken or typed; less copying. |
| Predictable, literal instructions help | Literal, predictable language; explicit steps; no idioms or surprises; the same structure each time. |
| Simpler wording helps | Simpler words, one idea per sentence, new words defined right away. |
| More time to think helps | More wait time, ideas repeated and rephrased, never rushed. |
| Schoolwork brings worry | Calm, steady encouragement; small wins named; no countdowns. |
Learning supports are set once and follow the child through every lesson, game and Ask Bacc conversation. The child never sees the profile, it is never shared without the parent, and it can be cleared at any time. Baccare never diagnoses, and the profile does not replace an IEP, a 504 plan or the school's own supports.
One child, everyone helping
Parents, teachers, specialists and tutors each see what they need, and nothing more than the parent allows.
Parents
You hold the account and decide what is shared.
- One Start button: today's work opens in order, with a short lesson before practice.
- A Level report shows how your child is doing against the Texas standards for their grade, strand by strand, with a plan for the gaps.
- A refresher list catches skills that are getting rusty.
- Hand the device over: your child sees only learning pages, and your PIN brings you back.
- You see every Ask Bacc conversation. Bacc gives hints, not the answers to graded work.
Teachers
Classroom tools, approved for teachers.
- Create a classroom and share its code; families join from their own account.
- Assign Baccare activities, each tied to the exact Texas standard it practices.
- Keep a class calendar and post class documents once for every family.
- See done or not done for each learner, and a mastery summary when a parent turns on sharing.
- Never shown: a child's conversations or learning-support settings.
Specialists
Speech-language pathologists, occupational and educational therapists, reading specialists and more.
- Assign the exact practice that lines up with the goal you are working on.
- Set the supports once; they follow the child through every activity at home.
- See who practiced, how long, and which standards are sticking, before the next session.
- Send home printable practice, or turn a photo of the child's own class notes into a quiz or flashcards.
- More for specialists
Tutors
Approved by Baccare. A family chooses you, and you see only the child they choose.
- Make a tutoring group and give a family its code, or accept a parent's invite.
- Assign practice for between sessions; the family sees it at home.
- See done or not done, and a mastery summary when the parent chooses to share it, before the next session.
- List yourself in the directory parents search by subject and grade. A listing needs a background check Baccare has verified.
- Sessions are arranged between you and the family. Baccare does not book them or take a cut.

Baccare inside your Canvas course
Baccare works in Canvas as an LTI 1.3 tool. Students open an activity from the course itself: no Baccare account, no extra sign-in, no new password.
Teachers
Place practice where students already work.
- Choose activities by grade and subject, tick as many as you like, and add them to a course in one step.
- Set one up as an assignment and the student's score goes to the Canvas gradebook as a percentage.
- Every activity names the Texas standard it practices.
- Put Baccare in the course menu too, and students can pick any activity for extra, ungraded practice.
- Baccare changes nothing in your course. The only thing it sends back to Canvas is the score a student earns.
Students
One click from the course page.
- The activity opens right in Canvas, illustrated like every Baccare activity.
- A hint after every answer, and a short review at the end of anything missed or guessed.
- No chat and no uploads: Ask Bacc and Notes Studio are not part of Baccare in Canvas.
Families
The same work, seen at home.
- The student's Baccare screen in Canvas shows a six-character code. A parent with a Baccare account enters it under Learners, Connect a Canvas student.
- From then on, results from Canvas also appear in the family's progress at home.
- At home, practice in the Baccare app follows the child's Learner Profile. A parent can also turn on the child's supports in Canvas: read-aloud, step-by-step instructions, untimed games, larger buttons and reduced motion. Nothing is sent to Canvas or the school.
- A parent can disconnect at any time.
To add Baccare to your school's Canvas, your Canvas administrator installs the tool and we register your school's Canvas for it. Start with the contact form. What Canvas shares and what Baccare keeps is set out in the School Data Addendum. Canvas is a trademark of Instructure, Inc. Baccare is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instructure.
Everything a family needs between school days
Every activity is tied to the exact Texas standard it practices, and every one follows the Learner Profile.
Practice matched to class
Illustrated activities in five subjects, each citing its Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standard.
Ask Bacc
An AI guide, not an answer machine. Bacc asks questions and gives hints so a child earns each answer, then explains why it is right. Parents see every conversation, and a safety filter in English and Spanish screens each message.
Notes Studio
A photo of class notes becomes a quiz, flashcards or a study guide, linked to the matching standards and written for how that child learns.
Lessons, check-ups and progress
A short lesson before practice, then quick checks that show which standards a child has mastered and which need work, so you know what to practice next.
Learning games
Skill games in math and science, plus family challenges like Capture the Flag and Climb the Mountain that reward finished schoolwork.
For educators
Classrooms, study pods, printables and a family planner, with tools for teachers, specialists, therapists and tutors.
Parent-first by design
We believe a parent or guardian should see and share in a child's learning. Baccare was never meant to be a simple homework helper, so it is built for the adult and the child to work together.
Parent visibility
Parents see every Ask Bacc conversation, every result and every standard practiced.
Answers handed over
Bacc guides with questions and hints first. The answer is earned, then explained.
Child accounts
Parents hold the accounts. Children never have one: no child email, no child contact details.
Diagnoses stored
The Learner Profile is voluntary and describes what helps. Baccare never diagnoses, suggests or stores a diagnosis.
See it for yourself
Baccare is live today, kindergarten through 8th grade.
